Roberta E. (Barron) Evans, 90, of Junction City, KS passed away on November 24, 2018. Visitation will be held Thursday, November 29, 2018, from 6:00 pm. to 8:00 pm. at Dove Cremation & Funeral Service, 805 Caroline Ave, Junction City, KS 66441.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, November 30, 2018, 10:00 am, at Second Missionary Baptist Church, 701 West 10th, Junction City, KS 66441. Burial will follow the service at the Fort Riley Post Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to the Second Missionary Baptist Church.

She was born on April 24, 1928, Selma, Alabama to Robert and Pauline. On April 23, 1954 she married Arthur Evans in Birmingham, AL. Roberta has lived in Junction City, KS since 1961. She worked as a supply clerk at Irwin Army Community Hospital for many years.

Roberta is survived by her daughter, Robbie Evans Price of Denver, CO; one granddaughter, Erin Price of Denver, CO; one sister, Linda Alexander of Birmingham, AL.

Roberta was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and three brothers, Robert Barron, John Barron and Walter Barron.
