She was born on July 8, 1924, Waverly, Missouri to Charles and Bessie (Yokum) Pearl.
On August 20, 1944 she married Harold Burton; they had 2 sons, Blaine and Mark, who survive.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold E. Burton, father, Charles Pearl, and mother, Bessie Pearl.
